This established investor is expanding to new geographies and are now looking for a specialist hotel asset manager.
About The Role
As the Asset Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the value of the hotel portfolio, ensuring maximum return on investment and operational efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Overseeing the financial performance of the hotel assets, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Developing and implementing asset management strategies to enhance the value and profitability of the hotel portfolio.
• Conducting regular property inspections and performance reviews to ensure operational excellence and compliance with brand standards.
• Collaborating with hotel management teams to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost reduction.
• Managing capital expenditure projects, including planning, execution, and financial oversight.
• Liaising with investors, stakeholders, and senior management to provide regular updates on asset performance and strategic initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal, financial, and regulatory requirements.
The Perfect Candidate
• Extensive experience in asset management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong financial analysis and strategic planning skills.
• Proven track record of enhancing asset value and operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, real estate, and market trends.
