About The Role
• Lead the restaurant team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
• Ensure the highest standards of food and beverage service are maintained.
• Develop and mentor staff, fostering an environment of growth and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to execute the restaurant’s business strategies.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and customer satisfaction.
• Handle guest feedback, ensuring prompt resolution of any issues.
• Support in budget management, stock control, and staff scheduling.
The Perfect Candidate
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant industry.
• A passion for food and beverage with a keen eye for detail.
• Proven experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and health and safety standards.
