About The Role
• Oversee sales activities to maximize revenue from North America and LATAM.
• Develop and execute strategies aligned with the hotel’s revenue objectives.
Manage relationships with Global Sales Offices (GSOs) and ensure effective communication of offers.
• Represent the hotel at key tradeshows and industry events.
• Plan and host Fam Trips for the assigned markets.
• Take ownership of the yearly sales P&L for the region.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the competitive landscape and market trends.
• Lead and develop a team through performance reviews and coaching.
• Drive high-value business through effective negotiation and direct sales efforts.
The Perfect Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
• Proven experience in luxury hospitality sales within the North American market.
• A strong track record of revenue generation and closing high-value deals.
• Experience managing a sales team.
• Familiarity with hotel sales systems like Opera
• Fusion, Delphi Sales & Catering, Salesforce, and Lanyon (desirable).
• A proactive, driven approach with excellent negotiation skills.
