This is a pivotal leadership role, overseeing the culinary operations of three top-tier dining outlets, including a Michelin-starred French restaurant, an Asian fusion concept, and a high-end all-day dining venue.
About The Role
• Lead and oversee the culinary team across multiple restaurants and in-room dining.
• Ensure creativity, quality, and consistency in all culinary operations.
Maintain operational efficiency while managing kitchen resources and budgets.
• Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to execute exceptional guest experiences.
• Foster a culture of learning and development, nurturing talent within the team.
The Perfect Candidate
• Proven experience in leading teams in luxury hotels or Michelin-starred restaurants.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for culinary innovation.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of French, Japanese, and Chinese cuisines is desirable.
• An inspirational leader who is hands-on and leads from the front.
