About The Role
As the Finance Director, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic financial management of our hotel. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, and contributing to the overall financial health and success of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Financial Management: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the hotel’s goals and objectives.
• Financial Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Cost Management: Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the executive team and department heads to support financial planning and decision-making.
• Investment Management: Oversee capital expenditure and manage investment activities to maximize returns.
The Perfect Candidate
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CPA is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of senior financial management experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in financial software and systems.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
