Freelance Consultant, Change Management & Project Delivery (CAPEX Strategy)
We are seeking an experienced Freelance Consultant to support the rollout of a new Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) strategy for a prestigious international hospitality brand across EMEA. The role focuses on managing change deployment, refining CAPEX processes, and ensuring operational readiness for multiple hotel stakeholders.
About The Role
• Develop and deliver high-impact training and communication materials.
• Lead change management initiatives to align stakeholders with transformation goals.
• Refine CAPEX scoping guidelines and support process enhancements.
• Manage project dashboards to track progress and address operational risks.
The Perfect Candidate
The consultant should have their own registered company and be able to invoice the employer directly.
Essential Requirements:
• Extensive experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional change programs.
• Strong project management and communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with CAPEX processes and hospitality industry dynamics is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in hotel management contracts and owner/operator relationships.
• Change Management Certification or equivalent expertise.
• Prior experience supporting transformation initiatives across EMEA.
The Offer and Benefits
• Negotiable daily rate or based on project deliverable
• Flexible work (3-4 days a week)
• Remote work, with occasional travel to London
