About The Role
• Menu Development: Create and develop innovative and seasonal menus that reflect our brand and delight our customers.
• Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the kitchen team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Budget Management: Manage kitchen budgets, including food costs, staff costs, and inventory.
• Supplier Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the best quality and prices.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and kitchen policies.
The Perfect Candidate
• Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role in a high-end restaurant.
• Culinary degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Creative and passionate about food with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes.
• Strong understanding of budget management and cost control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
