About The Role

• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Monitor and improve the quality of service provided to guests.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.

• Guest Experience: Maintain high standards of guest service and handle any issues or complaints effectively.

• Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Conduct performance reviews and implement staff development programs.

• Financial Management: Manage budgets, financial planning, and expenditure.
Analyze financial reports and develop strategies to increase profitability.

• Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain guests.
Promote the hotel through various channels to maximize occupancy and revenue.

• Facility Management: Ensure the hotel premises are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing.
Coordinate with the maintenance team to address any repair and maintenance issues promptly.

The Perfect Candidate

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction and financial performance.

Skills: 

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Property Management Systems (OPERA)  

• MS Office Suite.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

The Offer and Benefits

• An annual gross salary of £75,000 

• Performance based bonus, up to 30% of gross annual salary
