About The Role
• Guest Relations: Provide a warm welcome and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process for guests.
• Operations Management: Oversee the night operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and security, ensuring all standards are maintained.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
• Staff Supervision: Lead, motivate, and manage the night team to deliver high-quality service.
• Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of guests and staff, conducting regular checks and managing any emergency situations.
• Reporting: Prepare and present nightly reports to senior management, highlighting any incidents and operational updates.
The Perfect Candidate
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment.
• Skills: Exceptional customer service and communication skills, strong leadership, and the ability to handle stressful situations with a calm demeanour.
• Knowledge: Understanding of hotel management software and front desk operations.
• Availability: Must be available to work nights, including weekends and holidays.
• Attributes: Professional appearance, detail-oriented, and a passion for hospitality.
