About The Role
As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's IT infrastructure and systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading and managing the IT team to provide technical support and solutions to hotel staff and guests.
• Managing and maintaining the hotel's network, hardware, and software systems.
• Implementing and enforcing IT security policies and procedures to protect sensitive information and systems.
• Identifying and implementing technological solutions to improve operational efficiency and guest experiences.
• Managing IT projects, including system upgrades, installations, and migrations.
• Providing training and support to staff on IT systems and procedures.
• Collaborating with other departments to understand and address their technological needs.
The Perfect Candidate
• Proven experience in an IT management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Extensive knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and cybersecurity principles.
• Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) and other hospitality-specific software.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
