About The Role
• Oversee the pre-opening and successful launch of the restaurant.
• Build and lead a high-performing team to deliver world-class guest experiences.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to align on vision and execution.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans, budgets, and operating procedures.
• Act as the face of the restaurant alongside the chef, cultivating relationships and elevating the restaurant's profile.
• Drive revenue through creative marketing, events, and community engagement.
• Ensure strong financial performance and sustainable business growth.
The Perfect Candidate
• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a successful steakhouse or high-end dining concept.
• Strong connections within the London hospitality scene and a “black book” of industry contacts.
• Business acumen with a track record of achieving financial targets.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A charismatic presence and dynamic personality to represent the restaurant.
• The ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results in a high-profile environment.
